1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website of Reedy 24 Visuals (reedy24visuals.site) or engaging our video editing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services We Provide

Reedy 24 Visuals provides video editing services only. This includes but is not limited to YouTube video editing, Reels and Shorts editing, corporate video editing, wedding and event film editing, podcast video editing, and ad film editing.

We do not provide videography, filming, photography, or any on-location production services. We work exclusively with raw footage provided by the client.

3. How Our Service Works

Our service follows a clear process:

  • Step 1: You contact us via our website form, email, WhatsApp, or phone with your project details.
  • Step 2: We review your requirements and provide a quote with a timeline. No work begins without your written or verbal approval of the quote.
  • Step 3: You upload your raw footage via Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer.
  • Step 4: We edit the footage and deliver the first draft within the agreed timeline.
  • Step 5: You review the draft and provide feedback. We complete the included revision rounds.
  • Step 6: We deliver the final file in your preferred format.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are indicative ranges and may vary based on project complexity, footage quality, and turnaround requirements.
  • The final price is confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before work begins.
  • We accept payment via UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and online payment links.
  • For projects above ₹5,000, we may request a 50% advance before starting work. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final file.
  • Monthly packages are invoiced at the start of each month.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Revisions

  • Each service includes a specified number of revision rounds (1 or 2, as stated in the service description).
  • A "revision" means changes to the existing edit — such as reordering clips, adjusting music, or modifying text overlays.
  • A revision does not include a complete re-edit or a change in the creative direction after the first draft has been approved.
  • Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be charged at a rate communicated before the work begins.

6. Turnaround Time

  • Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of quoting and are based on our current workload.
  • We make every effort to deliver within the agreed timeline, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., unclear footage, incomplete briefs, or revision requests).
  • Rush delivery may be available at an additional charge, subject to availability.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

  • Providing raw footage in a usable format and quality.
  • Providing a clear brief, including reference videos, music preferences, and brand guidelines where applicable.
  • Ensuring you have the legal rights to all footage, music, and assets you provide to us.
  • Responding to draft reviews and revision requests in a timely manner.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The raw footage you provide remains your property at all times.
  • Upon full payment, the edited video becomes your property and you have full rights to use it for any purpose.
  • We may request permission to use anonymized portions of the edited work in our portfolio. You can decline this request at any time.
  • We do not claim ownership of any client footage or edited output.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client footage, briefs, and project details as confidential. We will not share your footage or project information with any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel a project at any time before the first draft is delivered. In such cases, any advance payment may be partially refunded based on the work already completed.
  • Once the first draft has been delivered and approved, cancellation is not eligible for a refund.
  • If we are unable to deliver the project for any reason on our end, we will provide a full refund of any payments made.

11. Limitation of Liability

Reedy 24 Visuals provides video editing services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for high-quality output, we do not make any warranties or representations regarding specific outcomes, viewer engagement, or business results from the edited videos.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panchkula, Haryana, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
